Account & Data Deletion

Request full deletion of your Talus account and everything stored with it. Here is how, and what to expect.

How to request deletion

  1. Email talusmaps@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Talus Account Deletion Request".
  3. Include the email address on your account.
Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

  • Your Talus account.
  • All saved map pins.
  • All recorded GPS tracks.
  • Offline map region data.

What we cannot delete

RevenueCat subscription records, which are managed by Apple and Google. Manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.

Timeline

We permanently delete your data within 7 business days of your request. We send confirmation when deletion is complete.
